Moran Shemesh, Finance -Compliance and Legal. Based in the Tel-Aviv office, Moran helps manage compliance,
onboarding, finance and legal operations, exits and other ongoing fund-finance and legal related matters.
Prior to joining Hanaco, Moran was the legal counsel at Gemini Israel Ventures and was responsible for all legal aspects including investments and exit processes, fund formation, corporate governance and other fund-related legal issues.
Moran holds a LL.B (specializing in International Business Law) and B.A in Business Administration, both from the Interdisciplinary Center.
Moran, her spouse and two children live in Tel Aviv, Israel.
